Strawberry Ricotta Toast

To celebrate Australian strawberries being in season, GH Nutrition has put together this quick and simple breakfast that has it all: crunchy bread, creamy ricotta, seasonal strawberries, luscious honey and salted pistachios, just because.  

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Ingredients
Crusty bread of your choice, sliced and toasted
Strawberries, sliced, enough to top toast
Ricotta, enough to smother on toast
Honey, to drizzle 
Chopped pistachios, to serve

To make
Spread chilled ricotta over toast.  
Top with strawberries.  
Drizzle honey over strawberries and top with pistachios.  Enjoy immediately.
