Truffle Scrambled Eggs

Ready in 15 minutes | Serves 1



  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 3 spears steamed asparagus
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan
  • shaved truffles



  1. For 3 eggs per person, place eggs in a glass bowl with seasoning. Whatever the volume of egg do 1/2 the volume of cream . Cover with glad wrap. Microwave on high for 1 min, then stir. Cook uncovered for another min then stir again.

  2. Alternatively place mixture in a fry pan over a medium heat with some foaming butter. Stir gently until just cooked.

  3. Serve with some steamed asparagus, parmesan & shaved truffle.
